Quality Assurance and Ethics Certification

4-H youth enrolled in the cat, dog, horse, poultry, and rabbit projects are required to complete this online course one time in order to stay enrolled in those project areas.

The Quality Assurance and Ethics Certification has been developed to review what is expected of youth when caring for animals and exhibiting animals in competition.
